Service Centre and Parts
Our busy Service and Parts department carries out work on behalf of both dealerships. It is 
staffed by a team of qualified technicians that have undergone extensive training in the maintenance, diagnosis and repair of Ford, Hyundai and other makes. The service department includes the following:
• Twelve dedicated bays with the capacity to achieve a rapid turnaround in work.
• Access to the latest technology for even quicker diagnosis and repair than at any time in the past.
• Priority status for Commercial vehicles. We understand the needs of the commercial customer, and know that time off the road may mean lost revenue. We make every effort to expedite commercial work and have the owner back on the road as quickly as possible.
• A well-stocked parts and accessories department. We can source parts for any make or model of car on the market. Our boutique shop contains the latest ‘must have’ accessories for the car enthusiast including World Rally Championship merchandise.
• Quick turnaround ‘In & Out’ repairs e.g. 4 wheel laser tracking, tyre change, wiper change, windscreen replacement, exhaust pipe fitting etc.
• A transparent Menu of Prices detailing costs from the smallest to the largest jobs.
• Convenient opening hours.
• Free Vehicle inspections/assessments.
• 24 hour emergency call-out service.
Significantly, Cavanagh’s Service Department scored the highest satisfaction rating from service customers amongst all Ford Dealerships nationwide in 2005. This honour was achieved through the skill and dedication of staff and the adherence to the highest standards of customer service at all times. This great team is now behind the Hyundai name in Charleville.

Bodyshop and Repairs
We also have an in-house Bodyshop and Repair facility in Cavanaghs Hyundai that began operation in 1989. A member of the chain of the Ford Authorised Bodyshops (FAB) in Ireland, it has developed steadily to the point where it now houses state of the art equipment and machinery for the repair and restoration of all makes of damaged vehicles. 
Equipped to serve not only the on-site Ford and Hyundai dealerships, it can carry out any body-related work for all other makes on the market. Specifically, the Bodyshop can undertake the following tasks:
• Preparation of accurate estimates for vehicles to be repaired.
• Guaranteed Completion Time. If a job isn’t completed in the time allotted, a courtesy car will be provided.
• 3 Year Quality Guarantee. Every Ford and Hyundai Repair comes with a 3 year Quality of Workmanship Guarantee.
• Every customer will be assigned a single point of contact that will look after the job and liaise with the customer through to completion.
• Locating and identifying the latest specifications on the damaged vehicle.
• Completing the job to the very highest standard using an ultramodern water-based paint system capable of mixing any colour for any car.
• Looking after the paperwork from initial estimate to invoicing and payment – whether or not third parties are involved.
• Convenient opening hours.
• Environmentally friendly and approved processes.
The Bodyshop's work is of the highest standard in the business. This is recognised in its position as the contracted appointee to most of the larger insurance companies in Ireland.
